Engagement Type: Private, one-on-one coaching
Typical Duration: 3, 6, or 12 months

Private coaching for senior leaders who operate in high-visibility, high-pressure roles and want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and discipline.

 

Coaching focuses on:

Engagements are structured as recurring private sessions, with optional reflection and application between sessions.

Strategic Counsel & Executive Advisement

Engagement Type: Executive advisory and decision support
Typical Duration: 60- or 90-day engagements, or ongoing retainer

Independent counsel for senior leaders facing complex decisions, competing priorities, or moments of inflection.

Advisement is designed to help leaders:

  • Clarify the true context and stakes before major decisions

  • Stay at the appropriate altitude across strategic and operational demands

  • Leverage existing systems, structures, and authority

  • Align stakeholders efficiently and decisively

  • Lead with calm accountability during scrutiny or uncertainty

Engagements focus on perspective, judgment, and leadership effectiveness, not execution or delivery.

Leadership Alignment & Team Performance

Engagement Type: Facilitated executive team engagement
Typical Duration: Single session, multi-session series, or short-term engagement (30–90 days)

Focused engagements to improve how leadership teams think, decide, and perform together.

These engagements help teams:

  • Establish shared understanding of priorities, constraints, and context

  • Clarify roles, decision rights, and expectations

  • Improve alignment and follow-through

  • Reduce friction caused by over-communication or misaligned authority

Sessions are facilitated and outcomes-focused, without assuming ongoing management or operational responsibility.
